Not really. Most Iranians are Persians and Persians found the concept of Iran, not the other groups. Most Iranics in Iran are subgroups of Persians like Lurs, Mazanis, Gilaks and many Azeris are Assimilated and Persianized. Plus looking white or not is not dependent on ethnicity in Iran but region. Persians can look white, middle eastern or other races depending on the region theyre from.
