Ok so I was gifted a large amount Buldak Carbonara recently from a family member and I need some help making these edible

I tried making it as instructed, only retaining a tiny bit of water and making a thick sauce with both packets. It was disgustingly sweet to the point that I couldn't finish it. Same with just some of the cheese packet, I'm just going to throw them out.

Without the packet the flavor is ok, but the spice is out of control. It's barely edible and burns my mouth for a good 20 minutes after I finish the bowl. Using less sauce makes the noodles bland as hell.

How do I eat this shit? What do I add to cut the spice without watering the whole thing down? Would dropping an egg in with the sauce work?
