I like all the specializations and see myself making builds for every single one of them, which is a high praise because usually there's always (perceived) weaker ones among the (objectively) strongest ones.
I'd add shadow clones to the Simulacrum (he probably already can make them, I just think the ability to be in several places at once is stronger and more widely-applicable than making some other dude's shadow).
Spymaster 1st line typo: "You'RE godlike…"
Some ideas for additional specializations for the first three forms that got the short end of the stick:
Titan - Construct: you're a powerful member of a chosen race with usual generalist bonuses and instead of becoming the titan yourself you have a giant mobile base in the form you choose as an extension of yourself that can transport armies, house facilities, and apply excessive firepower to enemies' cities. Gives you an Avengers carrier or a mecha or a spaceship or Beri's walking living dungeon (tm) or whatnot and it grows as you do.
Tyrant - Slaughterer: can enter a state of fury that serves as a power boost and makes sure that you won't die while it's active, and makes you respawn faster relative to the amount of cowardly weaklings you personally slaughter before you're slain. Aura that gives minions an ability to enter a fury, giving them a big power boost at the cost of their guaranteed demise (good for wild races and big beasts and such).
Conqueror - Reaver: master of sudden attacks, logistical disruptions, and war of attrition, able to bleed empires dry with raiding until they kneel and beg to be annexed. Can generate essence from small skirmishes on enemy territory even if it's not conquered and held, essentially allowing him to profit from wars that drag forever, as long as blood is spilled. Minions are experts at stealth, ambushes, and general skullduggery, able to strike fast and disappear into the night
