Then Christianity obviously is stronger and more effective virus than Paganism.
Yahweh is stronger than any pagan God.
Obeying Yahweh brings ultimate reward, disobeying bring ultimate punishment.
Just think about it you try to design religion as a prank, you goal to handcraft religion that will find as many believers as possible. You will end with something close se to Christianity.
