I wanted to try training obliques a bit by doing unilateral push exercises, but that shit is going to take a lot of time. Oblique machine fucks your spine up so also not using that. Guess lean away lat raises and unilateral pulldowns are enough in the long run to train them and maybe throw in some russian twists once in a while fr fr. I kinda want to have a bit muscular obliques, but I also don't want them to be too muscular as that just makes the v taper less impressive ig.
