Her plunge hits EXTREMELY HARD with Cia buff. Small cart is much stronger to use in overworld. Stacks with Rover outro for 9 stacks which isn't that important but is huge value at S6.

Her ult does double damage. So yeah, its a huge nuke now. Also she is not AE negative in Fleur form so you can technically drop Cia but its still a damage loss to do so.
