Cuz natty lifting is a waste of time and just pointless.
I'm a dyel. I admit it. Ive been lifting 6 days a week tracking calories for just about a year now and you can barely tell i lift. My bench is up to 200x3 starting from 90 pounds, squat is up to 225x5 and I can do about 15 pull ups at 175 bodyweight.
People look at me and just assume I don't push myself or that I'm doing something wrong when in fact they only say that because they're all delusional due to fake Natty's and roosters giving unrealistic expectations of what's possible in a certain amount of time.
I'm just rambling I guess.... But I'll probably start a cycle soon. I don't see the point in working out 2 hours a day 6 days a week doing every set to failure only to look like I don't lift at all compared to the guy on roids working out 3 days a week for 6 months.
Tldr: track macros, log every workout, increase weight base on meeting rep goals, get miniscule results when natty.
