Why are there no Kafka 3.4 clears without black swan. It's like these fuckers didn't even try testing her, I hate this so much she's going to do zero damage as a forced DoT enabler and nothing else. You NEED to roll more limited DoT characters (only one exists btw). She's just going to rot in the skeleton closet til Hysilens which is so lame.
