It's the same weird, unknowable, still to this day unidentified singing ambience that plays in Sunny's house during the daytime. But there's also an advertisement playing in the background for some CD burning tech which is presumably coming from the TV they're watching. I think I hear a name that sounds like Packetbrain mentioned, but I think there's also a few other names the voice says. It's an odd detail.
