Good Guy Orochimaru suggested murdering kids to spare them from poverty. The more I think about it, Kabuto wanted to be Orochimaru and get Anko because he saw how he breaks women after watching him act like an abusive ex to Tsunade.

Sasuke doesn't like Orochimaru because the sannin is just a run of the mill ninja performing unethical experiments and only has an army of suicidal prisoners. He chills out after seeing the snake sword for the 100th time. He just goes from a jock taking drugs to boost his performance then becomes a meth head needing Orochimaru for his fix.
