Go to Youtube,

>Go into filters
>Select 'Upload Date' under 'Sort by'
>And select 'Today' under 'Upload Date'
...this way, you'll get the most results for recently uploaded videos.
I do this daily (i.e, every 24 hours). As many small or less SEO optimized videos vanish from search after 24-36 hours.

~ For Vtubers on twitter, I search the '#vtuberen' hashtag (since 'Vtuber' itself will have mostly non-english results over there) and then select 'Latest' for posts.

You can of course make more engagements with relevant channels and people, as that can increase the chances of them playing your games. Comment on their videos/posts, engage with their content, or directly ask them to play your games too. (I don't personally do all that. However, the option for you is there.)
