The guy I interviewed with explicitly complained that they lost a few people in a time they were trying to expand the team so I don't think it's a truly fake job, but how does it take this long to pick out a 40k/yr IT
monkey? I doubt it's a scam process to just hire an H1B equivalent either, since not only is it Canada and that works a little differently but it's a job that needs both a clearance and explicit authorization to get onto military bases so poaching Concentrix workers doesn't cut it.
