I’ll go so far as to say that MOST housing should be built by the government, the way it is in Singapore, because perverse market incentives make housing inaccessible to 90% of people when the market is left to handle it.

That said, Singapore has a triple digit average IQ. They don’t have to have a Nigger Contingency Budget added to every public project they embark upon.
