So, who exactly could possibly fulfill the roles of the church prophecy? Still too ambiguous for me.
First hero is still clearly limited to Kris and/or (you)r vessel, as the human soul is instrumental in dispelling the darkness. Third hero becomes a bit vaguer, "alone in deepest dark" doesn't actually require a darkner, but then where the fuck would you get a prince in the light world.
The next misdirection is conflating "the second hero" and "at last, the girl". One would surely put Susie and Noelle in either place, if only because they are the only relevant girls.

The question then becomes why exactly "the girl" is even mentioned in the same breath as 3 heroes besides setting up the inevitable subversion, and whether one could double-dip on the roles. Those two are so vague as to be interchangeable, and we haven't yet seen if anybody besides the first hero is "technically" even required. Ralsei and his Castletown continue to be shady, so it's easy to add an angle for them if need be. But until we have a confirmation that HOPE is DETERMINATION-tier metaphysical energy, second hero remains just another body.
