This is something that is endemic to the nature of our site precisely because we're not a hivemind and people have different tolerances for who they keep company with.
Some people are very strict and have zero tolerance for any kind of tomfoolery. Others are similar to me and don't really give a shit until they start directly fucking with me or people I consider closer acquaintences or friends.
You CANNOT have any real gatekeeping or curation without leaderfags, identities, or external platforms (discord, teamspeak, etc.). Attemping to enforce this on a community that has literally zero barrier to entry by its birthright (we're all anon after all) is a fool's errand.
If you don't want "bad people" in your space, put in the social legwork to start your own, or join an already-existing splinter community/social circle that is devoid of them.
Otherwise, learn and practice the age-old technique of "staying cordial but keeping people that skeeve you out at arms length", or just outright blocking them if you really can't stand them.
