It is stored with Paravision. They work together with "Persona" the company VRC uses.
Persona faced legal trouble for allegedly misusing personal information from Illinois residents (for AI or some shit). Oh well.
Paravision is interesting, because they are a rebrand of "Everalbum". "Everalbum" faced its own allegations: "deceived consumers about its use of facial recognition technology and its retention of photos and videos of users who deactivated their accounts". This has been settled outside. Surely they just settled, because they were 100% innocent and just wanted a quick resolve :^)

Note that their (Paravision) TOS clearly states they can give out your data to their partners. And while Tupper is saying it is only stored for the minimum that is possible, he (or rather VRChat) never ever adressed:

Fact is, Persona is subject to GDRP, Paravision/Everalbum is not. So in theory, they maybe could do fancy stuff with your data to train some fancy AI for automated age verification (best case) or just sell your data straight on (worst case).

To be fair, nothing I researched for this rabbit hole suggested that they (Persona) store is. All I could read was "We take your data, we check it, we delete it". What makes my almonds activate is, that the "we check it" time is never specified.
Persona and Paravision have a joint venture going on for the age verification tech. So they WILL transfer your data. Otherwise the age verification service can not happen.

So, the only 100% fact is:
>they will send it to the third party / partner, this needs to happen, because of how they do things (outlined in TOS)
>they tell that after the check your data is deleted (said by Persona and Tubbtubb, NOT by Paravision)

Steering wheel. AC is particularly bad on gamepad, it's really difficult to keep the car stable when you're going fast because game would require very, very gentle steering corrections, kinda poking the thumbstick with millisecond precision. Gamepad also breaks immersion, tried it in Dirt Rally long time ago and while DR is a decent gamepad experience, game felt like you're controlling a wiggling room in VR. You can AC on gamepad though, see if you even like the idea of driving the car around.
