"Everalbum" faced its own allegations: "deceived consumers about its use of facial recognition technology and its retention of photos and videos of users who deactivated their accounts". Note that their (Paravision) TOS clearly states they can give out your data to their partners. And while Tupper is saying it is only stored for the minimum that is possible, he (or rather VRChat) never ever adressed:

Issue is that VR has a lot of tools for people to be safe. Not only is it physically impossible to get hurt, people can also block others who are problematic for them as an individual.
You can as easily go and inform the other adults in your friend group to be careful about someone and to block at first problem.
