Of course I was being facetious, but was I? What if the EU dipped in to their social security, insurance reserves dry and had no choice but to enforce a privately-run retirement plan on its citizens because the government doesn't know shit about budgeting money and getting so little in return. The only one who benefits from this scam are big pharma and health insurance companies who literally own much of the EU anyway. That's when I realized Trump isn't one of them when he threw big pharma under the bus and said, "you guys need to pick your shit fairly across borders". Never once have a seen a president have the balls to call out big pharma in public like that
