Tsa is the godess of friendship, freedom, life and a bunch of other hippie stuff. so she's more open but has some boundraries. (The little girl dressed in rainbow colors that's burying the god of death that is chilling under the umbrellar)
Rahja is the godess of love & sex, basically anything that isn't straight up evil is fair game.

Elves are complete free love hippies in this setting that are up for basically anything anytime
and dwarfs are born from rock and have a gender ratio of about 10 males to 1 female, so the theme isn't really central to their society.
Neither Dwarfs nor Elves worship the twelve gods.
