Here's my Evis build. Can't help with Dueling, never used it. Shred and Savage Sweep for Tigrus Mk XV, you can swap Sweep for Rampage on Mk III.
Revolver is always good, but I find it a bit redundant if you bring the knives. I'd rather take the bolter since Evis can't deal with Mauler/Crusher trains very well.
