Just 2kat. 2kat through it all until you get Rivers of Blood. That's what I did first playthrough and I died like 5-10 times at most. Mostly from Gravity, never from a boss.
I don't see the hype around that rot lady boss. I just used Rivers on her and she died instantly with my mimic lol maybe everyone else sucks?
