There are only rewards for collecting up to 6 gear per character. I just like having a complete collection.

iirc you only need 4 impairments in one fight, not in quick succession.
>kill 5 enemies within 2 seconds of a quick assist
And I think this one's about defensive assists, not quick assist. It also don't have to be the whole 5 enemies after an assists, just parry something and kill it five time.
