it doesn't shift the top meta, but it is a huge gain for the "le comfy" sets cause of how many deco slots it has. Mostly the chest and waist. The AT Duna set is also kind of mediocre for top end but the legs at least are very nice if you're willing to drop 1-2% max potential for a lot of extra skills. Something like this mostly.
