I would try something like this
I think Hammer Shot is pretty useless, status chance is dogshit anyways and it does increasae crit multiplier but you aren't even hitting 2nd tier of crits
Acceltra is a fucking ammo hog so I would try Crux instead of Merciless
you can use Vigilante Supplies with Crux ammo buff to upgrade some crits to higher level
meta elemental combo is viral + heat
do note vigilante fervor - normally you are supposed to use primed shred for fire rate but acceltra is locked to 0 punch through so it's useless and I think Vile Acc is overkill that will empty your magazine in 2 seconds

Since it lacks Aptitude scaling I think it's a sealclubber weapon
