It's very hard to fix her without making puppet useless, or artifact niggers abusing her 7-8 damage. Even if you make it so you need destroyed puppets this match, or that you need fuse puppets into her, there's nothing stopping artifact from just doing the same while running their basic artifact engine.
If we get good puppet support that really needs some huge deck investment, then maybe you could nerf her. Another option is just that once artifact gets a proper legendary that can end games, they'll just use that instead.
