Just finished my first semester. All I did was drive to class everyday and then drive back. Made no friends, talked to zero girls, was miserable the whole time. I'm doing engineering so most of my classes are all guys, I had one gen ed class with girls but the opportunity just never came up, I mean I don't see anyone else going up and talking to girls after class so I don't know really know how that's supposed to happen. Honestly I've given up on girls, it would just be nice at this point to at least have some friends. I think I'm pretty socially competent, I can usually make people laugh if I try, but I have no idea how to turn that into a friendship. It seems to me like nobody else has to think about this stuff this hard, why am I always alone? Why do I always get left behind? I hate my life.
