if he is actually on a 500cc because of his license, then he's not allowed on highways anyway. The 50cc license limits you to 45 km/h (28 mph) and to be allowed on the Autobahn (at least in Germany) you have to manage at least 61 km/h.

Yes I am the guy, but thankfully I took breaks from this place in this decade from time to time. I actually became a mechanic (as in I finished the training) but I don't work as one anymore.
