Like a lot of gospel slop it's actually just wordplay about adhering to tradition. Pic related is a good take, but he missed the obvious pun with "You Samaritans worship what you do not know". That line is an oblivious joke about how the Samaritans worshipping at the temple 'to the unknown God'. Samaritans followed a tradition where they weren't allowed to name God, hence their temple being dedicated to an "unknown" God. Modern jews sort of adopted this with their term הַשֵּׁם ('the name').
Ἰουδαίων ('Judean' or 'Jews') is also generally an outsider term not really used by Jesus or his followers unless they're talking to a Gentile, so it could very well be an interpolation.
