I read his Totally Awesome Hulk run and it was pretty mid through and through. They put in some asian pride shit that seemed really weird but that was about it.
Most of it was him working on the anger issues he tries to hide(and everything going sideways because of it) contrast to Bruce who knows he has issues and just tries to keep to himself.
