how to disable "momentum" when changing volume and screen brightness in android 15?
when moving the slider deliberately and slowly, it still inherits momentum like flicking my finger and ends up being higher or lower than i intended. iphones don't behave this way at slow speeds.
not the second increase in brightness. i didn't want it to jump that high.
