Just imagine that you (the soul) are actually standing behind your body. Imagine yourself viewing your body from behind and pulling some strings so that your body does what you want it to do. You want your puppet (the body) to give the best performance, so focus on "pulling the right strings", which pretty much just means you make the body do the exact actions in the exact manner you believe the crowd will like the most. Focus on all of that and NOT on the crowd itself.

Just stop giving a fuck. That's what I did in hs. Almost everyone fumbled their presentations because they did not like talking to a crowd. Meanwhile while I also did not like talking to a crowd, and still don't like talking to a crowd, did not fumble, simply because I just did not give two fucks about the crowd itself.
