Yeah, although he is technically very old. He and Skips chilled during the revolutionary war and even back then "Techmo" was working on some pretty advanced stuff for the time, although it was cartoon silly and without electricity.
Im not sure if he's technically (lol) immortal or if it was the technomancy which helped him live as long as [actually immortal] Skips. Either way, he is specifically referred to as a technomancer in that episode. Unfortunately not a "main" character but hes got a few episodes, maybe 3 or so?
Early skips episodes were some of the most interesting pieces of media on television at the time for me. Bummer the show kind of fell away from esoterica and into other things
