Yeah I have to believe that this is some kind of simulation, whether its a tech based one or more of a spiritual/organic based one I have no idea, maybe a combination of both. What to do with that knowledge? Who knows, have fun, learn, teach, progress, evolve, try be a good person and leave some kind of legacy and leave humanity and Earth better than it was before you.
