Quick question for any lawyers (preferably Jewish even though I have incredibly antisemitic opinions about you guys), is there a federal understanding on Fighting Words and escalation? Does it require constant verbal communication, or is it justifiable to slap a fag for a one off comment? Had to take a 100 level prelaw class for my philosophy minor, and it was basically a way to show the structures and landmark cases of American civil and criminal law. I wish I paid attention more, but the profesor was a 45yo smoke show with massive tits and a penchant for form fitting, low-cut clothes and tube skirts.
