Just remember that Xbox was exiting the hardware business and wasn't gonna have a next generation of consoles despite Phil Spencer and Sarah Bond saying the exact opposite for almost 2 years. I've not seen the amount of whiplash from people surprised at the official announcement that the newest AMD partnership and new console in long time lol. I don't get people who listen to nobodies on twitter but won't listen to the actual heads of the company. It's not hard to see this current approach to Xbox is actually working despite being very different from the traditional approach
