Why wouldn't the zombie be horny? It's been established through in-game descriptions that coast zombies still enjoy gambling, playing cards, and dog fighting so they aren't immune to earthly pleasures. Vampires and Tomb Kings are both undead and still canonically thirsty as hell per their voice lines. That zombie should be at full mast. Maybe he's gay.
