Just bought it and I'm playing Ground Zeroes right now, when should I move on to Phantom Pain? I just unlocked Deja Vu and Jamais Vu so I reckon I'm good after finishing these? Do you get any bonuses for finishing Hard mode?

Also should I play TPP with mods right away? I already played it on PS4 when it came out
