Granted! You probably expected this. The old "mage/adventurer" becomes a breeding slave/broodmother... but I'm tired of it, so let's add an extra rule that turns the idea on its head.
You are a witch who is capable of breeding, and making, her own summons and minions. You have a motherly body, a few basic spells to make sex easier (and a futa spell to make sex more fun outside of breeding), and anything you give birth to can be summoned by you as if you knew its "true name" by DnD rules. A calling the creature cannot ignore. They will also, naturally, be loyal to you... but not always. It depends on their temperament, how well you raise them, and their natural inclination to trouble. Despite this, your pregnancies are fast, easy, and you can even make a family circle that only hurts your dignity if you want more monsters of a rare type.
You can crossbreed with just about anything that'll fit, able to use magic to shapeshift to accommodate just about anything. You can even breed things like centaurs, though your pregnant belly will immobilize you for larger creatures, leaving you vulnerable and reliant on levitation magic or your broom to get around... But human or smaller creatures? "Minions" like kobolds, goblins, imps, fey, and smaller slimes? Those are easy, and you can have a lot of them at once instead.
You've turned the biggest weakness of women in monster filled worlds into a strength. Throw you to the wolf men, and you'll return a mother. You'll learn how to hop planes of existence to find other monsters to breed, even, and perhaps even return to and take over "Earth" one day... but it'll be VERY hard. You can summon any monster from the plane they were born on, their "home", to where you are now. Any summoned monster hurt enough will return to its home, but injuries it sustains not summoned last. You can revive them... but it takes extra pregnancies.
However, for ANY of this to work, it must be 100% consensual.
