Picrel has two examples because I'm not sure whether she had anything on beneath the blazer or not. All the pics were side-on so I can't tell. If she did have a skirt on, the blazer went further down the leg than the skirt, like in the image on the left. Also the woman I'm thinking of what wearing white rather than black or pink tights.
