Remember as well that the Slitheen themselves can be quite distinctuve characters in their own right. Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen showed this off in Boom Town, especially as she spared that woman because she was pregnant and Blon had just lost her family. The individual personalities of the Slitheen contrast to other "group" enemies like the cybermen or Daleks in that they are capable of doing their own thing rather than just following the heard, like how Sip Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen goes after Jackie Tyler in his own hunt.
