I like it. Takes the busywork out of applying debuffs/assigning shittons of buttons to mandatory casts, and also teaches idiots how their class actually should work.
All utility and situationals still require manual use. It's just a tool for learning your class. And once you do, the gcd penalty makes it nonviable.
