Felt like I was dying this morning, but now I feel fine. Hopefully I feel good tomorrow, might be going for a bench PR after all.

HCOL area, towns that are 15 minutes away (15-35 with rush hour traffic) are $300-500/month cheaper (and what you get for $2000 is much nicer than what you get in town). I'm really thinking about it...
