100 girlfriends who really, really, really, really love you. It's a gag manga pretending to be a rom com. She is (looked it up) gf #29, Ch177 onward. Name is Meru. Her gimmick is that she is stricken with despair over the state of the world, and channels that into making fairy tale books. I did not expect to resonate with a character in this manga as much as that but creating beauty in the face of abject horror is something I definitely vibe with. It's not the kinda manga to explore this at depth. But I appreciate the idea.
