People always say I should skip Kitasan unless I whale for at least 4 dupes, but right now I'm really low even on SR dupes since I've only done 20 pulls since launch.
I heard there are also multiple ways to get her to level 45 from a single copy just by collecting various event rewards.
So instead of waiting for her rerun, maybe I should just go all in on her banner and build up my SR or other SSR instead of saving like an idiot.
