I like it, but it is what it is.
Just like you go into an ecchi show for a very clear reason. You like it, but you don't sing praise to it.
Not hard to see why, if someone went into this expecting the next massive space drama like most Gundam shows, they'd come out of this disappointed.
But come the fuck on, the show was very clear about being fanwank from the start with the whole premise. Ep 2 was a laughtrack-tier b-roll which parodied the start of 0079 and then had Char face-roll the rest of the plot. If they still couldn't see what the show was about by then, it's their own fault.
