As the perk itself says I decided it could work for more general brainwashing purposes too.

I've got to figure out a Harmony capstone, a Remembrance capstone, a Finality capstone, and almost a full perkline for Nihility, but I would be able to move on to fluffing the jump once I fill out those empty perk slots.

Anyway, I've caught up to the HSR storyline so far, so have the WIP.
