Not retro, but I found this a while back.
Was really curious what was really going on, if it was just a reskin of another game or maybe emulation of the lesser taxing ports.
(Crash Titans does not have a known PC port)

The back says "Supervillain Studios" who were responsible for the Titans PSP port, so I think that's the answer.
