It's more some sort of loyalty they have towards japan, it probably stems from their anime obsession and they thoughts that if they will ever move to japan they'll stop being sexless losers and they'll have a japa gf because they were told "asian women love white men!!!".

They consume this slop while saying japa words like NYAHHHH and eat ramen desperately hoping they will be teleported to Japan.
