They did add a prompt recently that asks if you want to begin each expansion and see the opening cutscene, though it doesn't tell you what order they're actually in so you don't really know if you should skip it yet or not. I was pretty thankful for that because getting the opening scene for Chains of Promathia before you've even seen any of the Zilart stuff was always shitty.
