The upside is its a cheap deck, and commander is the most popular format right now. You could just play a generic blue/white control deck and troll the table, but at that point you're ignoring tails ability.

He also can be played in the 99 of a sonic deck due to the colors. I wish knuckles had been green/red, but then he also wouldn't fit in the sonic deck. He's also probably the worst one.
