Basically this desu. I would expand them one the one hand with heavily armoured, draconic themed hearthguard (picrel). Classic dwarfs essentially but with more of the 'celtic' dragon iconography like you see in this guys' helmet >>96165960. Add some chariots and warmachines.

Then the other wing of the army I would make essentially the dwarf version of savage orcs, with a heavy focus on magmadroth-based armour and weapons (hides and fangs like with >>96165865). Conan dragon dwarfs essentially.
